The responsibility for ensuring that buses are operated correctly is,
first and foremost, that of the bus company.
If you have a complaint, commendation, or suggestion you should contact
the manager of the bus company concerned. If you are unhappy with the
response, you may wish to make Herefordshire Council aware of your complaint.

Bus Users UK |
The Bus Users UK helps bus passengers with local problems, campaigns for high quality
bus services, and provides a national voice for bus users.
Membership costs currently costs £12 per annum (£7 for pensioners/unwaged) and includes a regular newsletter.
